Refund Policy

beGlobal Design LLC provides professional creative services. Please contact us before a formal refund request - most concerns can be resolved directly.

1. Before Work Begins

Full refund if cancelled before the kickoff call and before any design work has started.

2. After Work Begins

2.1 Upfront deposit

Non-refundable once kickoff call has taken place and design work has commenced. The deposit covers research, discovery, and initial concept development.

2.2 Delivery payment

No refund once final deliverables have been approved and delivered. If the Client has not approved deliverables, a partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. Qualifying Circumstances

3.1 Non-delivery

If beGlobal Design fails to deliver agreed work due to internal circumstances and cannot remedy within a reasonable timeframe, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

3.2 Duplicate charge

Refunded in full within 5 business days.

4. Non-Qualifying

• Change of mind after discovery and work has started
• Delay caused by client failure to provide materials or feedback
• Approved and delivered work

5. How to Request

Email hello@beglobaldesign.com, subject "Refund Request". Response within 2 business days, decision within 7. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days.
