Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client") and beGlobal Design LLC ("Company"). By purchasing services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

beGlobal Design LLC provides digital design services including brand identity design, website design and development, UI/UX design, landing page design, design system creation, and ongoing graphic design. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Payment

2.1 Pricing

All prices in USD. Project fees as listed at time of purchase.

2.2 Payment schedule

Projects under $3,000: 100% upfront. Projects $3,000 to $5,000: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Projects over $5,000: 50% upfront, 25% at design approval, 25% on final delivery.

2.3 Billing

Payments processed via Stripe. Card details held by Stripe, not by us.

3. Revision Policy

Revision rounds as specified per package. Revisions are clarifications and amendments, not new design directions. Additional revision rounds available as an add-on.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide brief, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines
• Designate a single point of contact for feedback
• Delays caused by client inaction do not extend project deadlines

5. Intellectual Property

All final deliverables become Client property upon full payment. Concepts not selected remain property of beGlobal Design LLC. Our methodologies and templates remain ours.

6. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific project in question.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes in Jefferson County, AL.
